  • We carefully assess each candidate through thoughtful one-on-one interviews and/or an assessment—driven process interview to determine the relative competence of each candidate. We, of course, tailor our assessment to the categories you deem most important.

  • We partner with you as support and advisors during the interview and ranking of candidates.

  • We work to negotiate the compensation approaches that will drive performance that you require.

  • We design individualized on-boarding programs, as needed.

  • We at AVSP are also involved throughout the hiring process: we create detailed position specifications; provide sample resumes and a slate of preliminary candidates to our clients prior to diving headlong into the overt and hidden marketplace for talent.

  • We create weekly activity summaries and log everyone we with whom we have connected, so that we may share marketplace intelligence about your Company Employment Brand, as well as the employment brands of competitors.

  • We work with our clients to develop and sell compensation structures to candidates.

Once hired, we work to create an on-boarding plan and we remain in contact with the candidates we have placed in the client firm in order to ensure employee engagement.

Using an outside firm also allows the corporate entity the freedom of recruiting from competitors without doing so directly, and the ability to choose among candidates that would not be available through internal or passive sourcing methodologies.
